perfect stay, super clean and spacious rooms
soft towels clean bedroom great shower
Geoff and clare were perfect hosts. the bedroom was spacious and perfectly clean. soft, fluffy towels were available, alongside tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. the television was large. The modern bathroom included a great shower.
The street has some run-down properties. This detracts slightly from the overall experience

funny smell slow drain
the tv in the room worked fine.
my room had a funny smell and the shower drain was slow. also, there weren't enough outlets near the bed.

Really good stay
cute hosts great breakfast perfect english
I stayed two nights in room 7. The hosts were very cute and nothing was too much trouble (they were always smiling!). The breakfast was great with lots of choices, and i recommend the full english. I will stay here again.
The bed in my room was not the most comfortable. The mattress had a noticeable lump and impacted my sleep quality. I hope they invest in a new mattress soon.

acceptable stay with some issues
missing table uncomfortable bed
the location was close to the sea front and about 10 minutes to the harbour so this met my expectations.
i was disappointed to discover no actual owner was on site, as it is part of a holiday company, so there was no one to greet us personally i received a text with the key code and room number. the room lacked a small table between the chairs, leaving no place to put cups. i found it disappointing that i requested a double bed but received two singles pushed together, complete with a ridge down the middle.
